Welcome to the Paola Wrestling Club. Home of the 2001 High School 5A State Champions as well as the 2005, 2006 & 2007 Kansas Kids' State Wrestling Team Champions.

The Paola Wrestling Club is a system that is vigorously trying to produce wrestler's with tremendous technique and a winning attitude! Our club objective is to continue to produce top tier wrestlers at all age groups. This can be done through hard work, total dedication and a strong support group such as family, friends and faculty. With these elements we can continue to strive for the ultimate goal of "TEAM STATE CHAMPIONS" year in and year out.

The Paola Wrestling Club uses a variety of training methods mostly consisting of numerous drilling and extraneous live and conditioning sessions. "It's not the wrestling move itself, it's how good the instructor explains the move and how well the wrestlers' listen. Once the move is taught the wrestlers drill, drill, drill. And when you think you are done or when you think you are tired; you drill, drill, drill some more." Miron Kharchilava (Soviet National Champion)

We will need everyones help to make this tournament run smooth. If we get everyones help it is greatly appreciated. We will need people to help with the kitchen and everything else.
